Notice of Infringement – Claim

Under Title 17 USC §512(f), there are penalties for misrepresenting information in a notification of infringement. Takedown notices can be sent through our Contact page via email.
Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If you receive a takedown notice and wish to counter it, you can provide a written notification to our DMCA Agent. Include your signature, a description of the material, and a statement confirming your belief that the material was removed by mistake. Also, provide your contact details and consent to jurisdiction.

Repeat Infringer Policy
We have a strict policy against copyright infringement and maintain a list of DMCA notices to identify repeat offenders. Accounts of repeat infringers will be terminated as per DMCA requirements.
